I wanted to tell you about Constant Contact that many of us in Josiah Venture are using. It offers the newsletter format I think you want and you are able to link to your website here. I like it because it's simple for me to use - I'm hardly computer worthy. It keeps track of your email addresses (bad ones, ones that want to be removed, those that block you) and tells you how many times they go back to your letter or if they forward it.
